1. To use, start by outlining your lips with the Lip Cheat lip liner in Pink Venus, starting from the top corner and applying just over your natural lip line to give the illusion of a fuller, wider pout.

2. Use the crescent-shaped applicator of the Hollywood Lips liquid lipstick to fill in your pout, starting with the lower lip, then using the thinner side of the applicator for your upper lip.
