$20 or FREE on orders over $150. Delivery is FREE for Level 1 and above Loyalty members on all orders. Please allow 4-7 business days to receive your order*, delivered by Skynet. Orders received before 11pm AEDT will be dispatched the following day.

Please note our warehouse operates Monday - Friday, orders will be dispatched within this timeframe. Orders placed after 11pm AEDT on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

*Please note that delivery may be delayed subject to bank holidays (non-working days) or disruptions, and delivery times may be affected accordingly. Order before 15th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 19th December in time for New Year's Eve.

We will accept returns on unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.

Please note that engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty once opened.
