Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. Order before 2pm EST for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Orders ship Monday - Thursday excluding federal holidays within Canada (e.g. Victoria Day, 4th July, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day).

Please note that rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver.

We will accept returns on unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We will only accept returns on products purchased online at CharlotteTilbury.com.

For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.

Please note that engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty once opened.
