GROUND SHIPPING
$9.95 or FREE on orders over $50. Ground shipping is FREE for Loyalty members on all orders. Please allow 7-12 business days during this busy time. Orders placed between 12/24/2024-02/01/2025 will dispatch from 02/01/2025. Order before 2pm EST for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders ship Monday - Thursday excluding federal holidays within Canada (e.g. Victoria Day, 4th July, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) Except during warehouse closure dates between 12/24/2024-02/01/2025.

$20 or FREE on all orders over $275. Express shipping is FREE for Level 3 and above Loyalty Members on all orders. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order. Please note Express Shipping may be unavailable during certain peak periods Please note that rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver.

Returns Information
We will accept returns on unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
We will only accept returns on products purchased online at CharlotteTilbury.com.
For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.
Please note that engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty once opened.
