How do I join Charlotte's Loyalty Programme?
You will automatically be enrolled into Charlotte's Loyalty programme when you create a Charlotte Tilbury account or log in to your existing account. Your purchases made in the last 12 months prior to account creation will count towards your Loyalty status if we can verify your purchases to the same email address used to create an account.
What are Levels?
Levels indicate where you are within my Loyalty programme, Darling! Move through my Levels to unlock Rewards and Benefits
What are Rewards?
Your Rewards are code based and can only be used on only one basket purchase, within a 12 month period. Rewards can be added to basket and redeemed at checkout when your basket reaches the individual Reward qualifiers.
What are Benefits?
Your Benefits will be automatically applied at checkout, every time you shop, when you add qualifying items to your basket. Benefits are available for Loyalty Members in Level 1 and above.
How do I earn Rewards and Benefits?
By shopping on www.charlottetilbury.com, and in Charlotte's Beauty Wonderlands (full country exclusions list link here), your purchases will help you move through Levels - the more you spend, the more Magic Benefits and Rewards you will unlock!

*Loyalty Coins earned via Interactions for shopping on the Charlotte Tilbury app (which are capped at 200 Loyalty Coins) only available to logged in customers on their first five purchases. This does not affect your Loyalty Coins earned via Transactions made on the Charlotte Tilbury app at any time. T&Cs apply.
What are Loyalty Coins?
In addition to the Level Rewards and Level Benefits that Charlotte’s Loyalty Members can receive, there is also the opportunity to earn Loyalty Coins when signed into your account on CharlotteTilbury.com or the Charlotte Tilbury app. By making transactions and engaging in various Interactions, Loyalty members will earn Loyalty Coins that can then be exchanged for Loyalty Coin Rewards. Loyalty Coins earned will be shown within the ‘Coin Shop’ and ‘Coin Activity’ tab within your Loyalty account
Can I Collect Loyalty Coins Without Spending?
Yes - your Loyalty Coin balance sits independently from your Loyalty Levels so customers can collect Loyalty Coins through interacting with a select number of interactions on www.charlottetilbury.com and on the Charlotte Tilbury app, without the need to purchase. Charlotte’s Loyalty Members can visit their Loyalty tab in their Account area on https://www.charlottetilbury.com/account?tab=loyalty and click the ‘Earn Coins’ tab section. From here, members can pick an activity to complete to earn your Loyalty Coins. Interactions include, signing into the Charlotte Tilbury app; completing your Beauty Profile; or adding your birthday to your Charlotte Tilbury account.
How Do I Redeem My Level Rewards, Level Benefits, Or Loyalty Coins?
You will be able to redeem your Level Rewards, Level Benefits, or Loyalty Coins online at www.charlottetilbury.com, exclusions apply. To access your Level Rewards, Level Benefits, or Loyalty Coins simply login to your Charlotte Tilbury account and visit the Loyalty section within My Account.
Can I Use My Loyalty Coin Rewards And Level Rewards Together?
No - only one promotional code can be used per transaction, therefore Loyalty Coin Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with your Loyalty Level Rewards. However, customers who are part of Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme in Level 1 and above will have access to auto-applied Loyalty Level Benefits such as Free Standard Shipping (subject to regional availability) and can be used in conjunction with either a Loyalty Coin Reward, or Loyalty Level Reward.
Do my Loyalty Levels or Loyalty Coins expire?
When you enter one of Charlotte's Loyalty Levels, you will have 12 months to access that Level's Rewards and Benefits, before your annual spend total refreshes. If you have been in a Level for 12 months and not moved into the next Level, you will drop to the Level reflective of your last 12 months’ spend history. Loyalty Coins will expire 300 days from the date your Loyalty Coins were earned. If you do not transfer your Loyalty Coins into the Rewards Wallet within 300 days of earning, your Loyalty Coins will no longer be available and will expire. Once your Loyalty Coin balance has been transferred to the Rewards Wallet and converted into a Loyalty Coin Reward, the Loyalty Coin Reward will be available to add to your next purchase within 60 days.
What If I Refund My Order?
If you return an order, you will not be refunded the value of any applicable Level Reward, Level Benefit, or Loyalty Coins spent. Charlotte Tilbury also reserves the right to require any product gifted as part of a Level, Reward, Level Benefit, or Loyalty Coin Reward to be returned with the returned order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY LOYALTY COINS TO SHOW IN MY ACCOUNT?
When completing actions to earn Loyalty Coins, the time within which earned Loyalty Coins will be added to your Loyalty Account balance will vary. When referring a friend, Loyalty Coins will be added to your Loyalty Account after your friend completes a purchase on CharlotteTilbury.com, please see Refer a Friend T&Cs here. When purchasing products on CharlotteTilbury.com, earned Loyalty Coins will usually be added to your Loyalty Account balance within one day of your products being dispatched. When completing other actions on CharlotteTilbury.com, you should see earned Loyalty Coins added to your Loyalty Account balance within 1 hour. However it may sometimes take longer to update your Loyalty Account balance, please see Loyalty Programme T&Cs here.
