1. Apply the shades wet or dry for a dazzling finish!
2. To apply the shades dry, press on to the centre of your lid using your fingertip for intense colour payoff!
3. Can also be used as eyeshadow toppers!
4. For the ULTIMATE sparkling finish that plays with the light, apply the shades wet using the Smudger Brush!

1. Sweep the eyeliner pencil across your upper lash line for a softly defined eye.

Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes! mascara

LOAD, COMB & LIFT APPLICATION

1. Hold the brush horizontally and use the flat side to push upwards and coat the lashes
2. Twist the wand and brush through with the bristled side to comb each individual lash from root to tip
3. Wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift and define the lashes
4. Use the wand vertically to stroke upwards and precision paint the lashes in the inner and outer corners

Tilbury Tip: Precision paint lashes by using the end of the wand for even MORE definition and separation!
