How to apply
- Start by applying the Lip Cheat lip liner in Red Carpet Red if you have fair-medium skin, or Savage Rose if you have a tan-deep skin tone. Starting on the outer corners, trace the liner just outside the natural lip line.
- Apply Matte Revolution straight from the bullet - the square tip is designed to mimic a lip brush, so you can get fuller, wider looking, lit-from-within lips in seconds!
