STANDARD DELIVERY
€3.95 or FREE on orders over €59. Standard delivery is FREE for Level 1 and above Loyalty members on all orders. Delivery lead times may vary by country, please allow up to 2-9 working days to receive your order.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
€9.95 or FREE on all orders over €200. Express delivery is FREE for Level 3 and above Loyalty Members on all orders. Delivery in 1 - 2 days. Order by 1pm CEST for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note, all services are tracked. A dispatch confirmation email including a tracking code will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Please visit the website of the courier and enter the code to track your order. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday.
Returns Information
We will accept returns on unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.
