2. Der AnbieterIslestarr Holdings Limited ist ein in England und Wales eingetragenes Unternehmen mit der Handelsregisternummer 07712458 und eingetragenem Firmensitz in 8 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2ND (Anbieter).
3. Die WerbeaktionDen in der Werbeaktion angegebenen, qualifizierenden Betrag für alle Charlotte Tilbury-Produkte und -Waren (Produkte) auf der entsprechenden Website ausgeben und kostenlose Geschenke beim Kauf erhalten (die Werbeaktion).

4. Das Geschenk4.1. Das Geschenk ist in der Werbeanzeige beschrieben.
4.2. Für das Geschenk fallen keine Versandkosten an.
4.3. Das Geschenk unterliegt der Verfügbarkeit. Das Geschenk kann nicht in bar ausgezahlt werden und der Anbieter behält sich das Recht vor, das Geschenk durch ein Geschenk von gleichem oder höherem Wert zu ersetzen.
4.4. Das Geschenk kann nicht umgetauscht werden. Zum Beispiel kann kein Umtausch erfolgen, wenn ein falscher Farbton für das kostenlose Geschenk ausgesucht wurde.
4.5. Für den Fall, dass ein oder mehrere Produkte, die als Teil einer berechtigten Transaktion gekauft wurden, zurückgegeben werden und die berechtigte Transaktion daher unter den berechtigten Betrag fallen würde, ist der Kunde verpflichtet, das Geschenk zurückzugeben.
4.6. Der Anbieter ist nicht für zusätzliche Kosten und/oder Ausgaben in Verbindung mit dem Geschenk verantwortlich. Dazu gehören (ohne Einschränkung) Reisekosten, die nicht ausdrücklich als Teil des Geschenks oben und für die angegebenen Zeiträume (falls zutreffend) aufgeführt sind.
4.7. Der berechtigte Betrag entspricht dem Betrag nach Abzug jeglicher Rabatte.
4.8. Der Teilnehmer darf bei der Nutzung des Gewinns keinerlei politische Slogans, homophobe Sprache, sexuell anzügliche Bilder, Bilder mit Logos von Mitbewerbern, öffentliche Markensponsorschaft oder eine beliebige andere Art von verdecktem Marketing oder diffamierende, obszöne, illegale, vulgäre, beleidigende oder anderweitig unangemessene Inhalte veröffentlichen oder zeigen, welche die Rechte (einschließlich geistige Eigentumsrechte) Dritter verletzen.
5. Wie nehme ich an der Werbeaktion teil?5.1. Um an der Werbeaktion teilzunehmen, müssen Teilnehmer innerhalb der in der Werbeanzeige festgelegten Zeiträume (Aktionszeitraum) eine Bestellung für eines oder mehrere der Produkte auf der Website aufgeben. Der vom Teilnehmer für die Produkte ausgegebene Betrag muss gleichwertig zum oder höher als der entsprechende qualifizierende Betrag sein.
5.2. Teilnehmer, die außerhalb des Aktionszeitraums Einkäufe tätigen, erhalten das Geschenk nicht mit ihrem Einkauf.
5.3. Solange die Teilnehmer eines oder mehrere der Produkte kaufen und mehr als den entsprechenden qualifizierenden Betrag ausgeben, müssen sie kein anderes Produkt auf der Website bestellen, um das Geschenk zu erhalten. Es können jedoch zusätzlich zu den Produktkosten bestimmte Versandkosten anfallen.
5.4. Die Teilnehmer können innerhalb des Aktionszeitraums mehrmals an der Werbeaktion teilnehmen, vorausgesetzt, sie kaufen jeweils Produkte auf einer der Websites, die in ihrem Gesamtwert dem qualifizierenden Betrag entsprechen oder ihn übersteigen.
5.5. Der Anbieter übernimmt unabhängig von der Ursache keine Verantwortung für Bestellungen, die verloren gehen, beispielsweise als Folge von Geräteausfällen, technischen Störungen, System-, Satellit-, Netzwerk-, Server-, Computerhardware- oder Softwareausfällen jeglicher Art.
5.6. Durch die Teilnahme an der Werbeaktion erkennen alle Teilnehmer an, diese Bedingungen und alle anderen Anforderungen, die sich im Werbematerial für die Werbeaktion finden lassen (im Falle eines Konflikts haben die Anforderungen aus dem Werbematerial Vorrang), sowie alle anwendbaren Gesetze und Vorschriften, einschließlich und ohne Einschränkung derjenigen, die Urheberrecht, Inhalt, Verleumdung, Datenschutz, Öffentlichkeit und den Zugang oder die Nutzung von Computern oder Kommunikationssystemen anderer betreffen, gelesen und akzeptiert zu haben sowie an sie gebunden zu sein.
5.7. Der Anbieter übernimmt keine Verantwortung, falls die bestellten Produkte und das Geschenk auf dem Postweg verloren gehen oder Lieferverzögerungen auftreten.

6. Teilnahmeberechtigung6.1 Das Angebot gilt nur für Kunden, die ihre Bestellung über die Website www.charlottetilbury.com Großbritanniens, der USA, Kanadas, Australiens oder der EU (einschließlich Frankreich, Deutschland, Italien, Niederlande und Spanien) aufgeben.
(a) Mitarbeiter des Anbieters und seiner verbundenen Unternehmen oder Konzerngesellschaften;
(b) Personen, die beruflich mit der Werbeaktion in Verbindung stehen;
(c) nahe Familienangehörige oder direkte Haushaltsmitglieder von den oben genannten (a) und (b); oder

6.2. Der Anbieter behält sich das Recht vor, nach eigenem Ermessen jede Person, von der er Grund zur Annahme hat, dass sie die Durchführung der Werbeaktion manipuliert oder in einer Weise handelt, die vom Anbieter als Verletzung dieser Bedingungen, der geltenden Gesetze und/oder Vorschriften und/oder der Rechte Dritter angesehen wird, von der weiteren Teilnahme an der Werbeaktion auszuschließen.
7. Haftungsbeschränkung7.1. Der Anbieter haftet nicht für Schäden oder Verluste eines Teilnehmers, wenn diese Schäden oder Verluste zum Zeitpunkt der Teilnahme an der Werbeaktion nicht in vernünftiger Weise als vorhersehbare Folge eines Verstoßes gegen diese Bedingungen dargestellt wurden oder wenn die Werbeaktion nicht wie geplant verläuft.
7.2. Der Anbieter haftet nicht, falls Dritte, die an dieser Werbeaktion beteiligt sind, ihren Verpflichtungen nicht nachkommen. Der Anbieter ist allerdings stets bemüht, die Auswirkungen eines solchen Versäumnisses auf die Teilnehmer zu minimieren.
7.3. Kein Punkt in diesen Bedingungen schließt die Haftung des Anbieters aus, auch nicht aus folgenden Gründen:
(a) Todesfälle oder Personenschäden aufgrund der Fahrlässigkeit des Anbieters;
(b) Betrugsfälle; oder
(c) Überschreitungen des Gesetzes.

Event-Tickets und Teilnahme2.1 Um an einer Pro-Artist Masterclass teilzunehmen, muss über die Charlotte Tilbury Website mithilfe der App Appointed kostenlos ein Ticket für die Pro-Artist Masterclass gebucht werden. Ticketbuchungen sind auf ein Ticket pro Kunde und Buchung begrenzt. Die Anzahl der Tickets ist für jedes Pro-Artist Masterclass-Event jeweils auf 20,000 begrenzt. Diese werden gemäß der Reihenfolge der eingehenden Buchungen vergeben.
2.2 Wenn du während der Pro-Artist Masterclass die Chat-Funktion nutzt, bist du für all deine geposteten Inhalte verantwortlich und kannst dafür haftbar gemacht werden.
2.3 Alle Inhalte, die du während der Masterclass postest, unterliegen den Anforderungen für NUTZER-INHALTE, die in unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen auf www.charlottetilbury.com festgelegt sind.
2.4 Folgende Gruppen sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen:
(a) Mitarbeiter des Veranstalters und seiner verbundenen Unternehmen oder Konzerngesellschaften;
(b) alle Personen, die beruflich mit der Pro-Artist Masterclass in Verbindung stehen; oder
(c) nahe Familienangehörige oder direkte Haushaltsmitglieder der obengenannten Gruppen (a) und (b).
3. Rabattcode und Teilnahmeberechtigung3.1 Bei einigen Pro-Artist Masterclasses wird ein Rabattcode angeboten, der auf der Website www.charlottetilbury.com eingelöst werden kann. Teilnehmern, die ein Ticket gebucht haben und sich für den Erhalt von Direktmarketing entschieden haben oder bei der Buchung ausgewählt haben, den Rabattcode per E-Mail zu erhalten, wird nach der Masterclass ein Rabattcode per E-Mail zugesandt („Rabattcode“), den sie bei Produkteinkäufen auf der Website www.charlottetilbury.com gemäß den Bedingungen, die bei der Buchung der Pro-Artist Masterclass und/oder in der E-Mail angegeben werden, einlösen können. Der Rabattcode wird nicht in anderen Werbematerialien geteilt oder angezeigt. Außerdem gelten die folgenden Teilnahmebedingungen und Einschränkungen für den Erhalt des Rabattcodes.
3.2 Der Rabattcode:
(a) gilt nur für Kunden, die ihre Bestellung über die Länderwebsites Großbritanniens, der USA, Kanadas, Australiens, Hongkongs oder der EU (einschließlich Frankreich, Deutschland, Italien, Niederlande und Spanien) auf www.charlottetilbury.com aufgeben.
(b) darf nur einmal verwendet werden;
(c) darf nicht in Verbindung mit anderen Rabatten, Artikeln im Angebot, rabattierten Produkten, Einkäufen mit Geschenkkarten, Sets, Gratis-Geschenkangeboten oder sonstigen Angeboten verwendet werden;
(d) darf nicht weitergegeben werden und steht nur jenen Kunden zur Verfügung, welche die Pro-Artist Masterclass sowohl gebucht als auch daran teilgenommen haben. Nicht-Bucher und Nicht-Teilnehmer sind nicht berechtigt, den Rabattcode zu erhalten oder zu nutzen;
(e) wird nur an Kunden versandt, die dem Erhalt von Marketing-E-Mails des Veranstalters zugestimmt haben, oder die sich bei der Buchung des Tickets für die Zusendung des Rabattcodes entschieden haben;

(g) unterliegt der Verfügbarkeit.

Datenschutz und Offenlegung von Daten4.1 Durch die Buchung eines Tickets und die Teilnahme an einer Pro-Artist Masterclass stimmen die Teilnehmer zu, dass der Veranstalter (und die zugehörigen Unternehmensgruppen in seinem Namen) die Informationen (einschließlich personenbezogener Daten), welche die Teilnehmer bei der Einsendung und während der Anmeldung bereitstellen, für die folgenden, im berechtigten Interesse des Veranstalters liegenden Zwecke gemäß den Datenschutzgesetzen verarbeiten, speichern, weitergeben und/oder nutzen kann:
(a) um es dem Veranstalter zu ermöglichen, die Einsendung eines Teilnehmers zu verwalten und zu entscheiden, ob sie diesen Bedingungen entspricht;
(b) um die Informationen mit Organisationen oder Vertretern zu teilen, die bei der Durchführung der Pro-Artist Masterclass mitarbeiten; oder
(c) für andere angemessene und ähnliche Werbezwecke.
4.2 Zum Zwecke der Pro-Artist Masterclass wird der Veranstalter die personenbezogenen Daten der Teilnehmer nur an diejenigen seiner Konzerngesellschaften und Drittdienstleister weitergeben, die sie für die in Abschnitt 4.1 genannten Zwecke benötigen.

Haftungsbeschränkung5.1 Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für Schäden oder Verluste eines Teilnehmers, wenn diese Schäden oder Verluste zum Zeitpunkt des Eintritts in die Pro-Artist Masterclass nicht in vernünftiger Weise als Folge eines Verstoßes gegen die vorliegenden Teilnahmebedingungen vorhersehbar waren, oder wenn die Pro-Artist Masterclass nicht wie geplant verläuft.
5.2 Der Veranstalter haftet nicht, falls Dritte, die an dieser Pro-Artist Masterclass beteiligt sind, ihren Verpflichtungen nicht nachkommen. Der Veranstalter ist allerdings stets bemüht, die Auswirkungen eines solchen Versäumnisses auf die Teilnehmer zu minimieren.
5.3 Keine Bestimmung in diesen Teilnahmebedingungen führt zu einem Haftungsausschluss des Veranstalters:
(a) bei Todesfällen oder Personenschäden aufgrund der Fahrlässigkeit des Veranstalters;
(b) bei Betrugsfällen; oder
(c) in größerem Umfang als gesetzlich zulässig.
6. Allgemeines6.1 Durch die Buchung eines Tickets und die Teilnahme an einer Pro-Artist Masterclass erkennen alle Teilnehmer an, die vorliegenden Teilnahmebedingungen und alle anderen Anforderungen, die sich im Werbematerial für die Pro-Artist Masterclass finden lassen (im Falle eines Konflikts haben die Anforderungen aus dem Werbematerial Vorrang), sowie alle anwendbaren Gesetze und Vorschriften, einschließlich und ohne Einschränkung derjenigen, die Urheberrecht, Inhalt, Verleumdung, Datenschutz, Öffentlichkeit und den Zugang oder die Nutzung von Computern oder Kommunikationssystemen anderer betreffen, gelesen und akzeptiert zu haben sowie an sie gebunden zu sein.
6.2 Durch die Buchung eines Tickets und die Teilnahme an einer Pro-Artist Masterclass erklären die Teilnehmer, dass sie dazu und zum Einlösen des Rabattcodes berechtigt sind. Der Veranstalter kann von den Teilnehmern einen Nachweis dieser Berechtigung verlangen. Mit ihrer Teilnahme an der Pro-Artist Masterclass sichern alle Teilnehmer zu, dass die von ihnen eingegebenen Informationen wahr und korrekt sind.
6.3 Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, jederzeit und ohne vorherige Ankündigung die Pro-Artist Masterclass abzusagen, die Uhrzeit und/oder das Datum zu ändern oder die Masterclass, deren Inhalt und/oder die Referenten zu ersetzen. Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, diese Teilnahmebedingungen jederzeit und ohne vorherige Ankündigung aufzuheben oder zu ändern.
6.4 Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, nach eigenem Ermessen jede Person, von der er Grund zur Annahme hat, dass sie den Betrieb der Pro-Artist Masterclass manipuliert oder dass sie in einer Weise zu handelt, die vom Veranstalter als Verletzung dieser allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, der geltenden Gesetze und/oder Vorschriften und/oder der Rechte Dritter angesehen wird, von der weiteren Teilnahme an der Pro-Artist Masterclass auszuschließen. Dazu kann der Widerruf des Rechts gehören, an der Pro-Artist Masterclass teilzunehmen und/oder den Rabattcode einzulösen.
6.5 Die Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für www.live.charlottetilbury.com.
6.6 Durch die Buchung eines Tickets und die Teilnahme an einer Pro-Artist Masterclass verzichtet der Teilnehmer gegenüber dem Veranstalter auf alle Klagen, Ansprüche, Schadensersatzansprüche, Ausgaben oder Verbindlichkeiten, die uns gegebenenfalls direkt oder indirekt infolge einer Verletzung oder angeblichen Verletzung, Nichterfüllung oder Nichteinhaltung von Vereinbarungen, Bedingungen, Verpflichtungen oder Garantien seitens des Teilnehmers entstehen. Der Teilnehmer gibt hiermit eine Verzichtserklärung ab und stellt den Veranstalter und alle seine Mutter-, Tochter- und/oder verbundenen Unternehmen und Parteien von allen Ansprüchen, Klagen oder Forderungen, die sich aus oder im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung der Einsendung ergeben, frei.

6.8 Diese Teilnahmebedingungen unterliegen der Gesetzgebung von England, und die Vertragsparteien unterliegen der nicht-exklusiven Gerichtsbarkeit der Gerichte von England und Wales.

Online-Termine für Beratungen durch Make-up-Artists mit einem Charlotte Tilbury Make-up-Artist (MUA) können online über die App Appointedd gebucht werden, wobei die eingehenden Terminanfragen nacheinander nach dem Prinzip „first come first serve“ bearbeitet werden (Termin). Es besteht die Wahl zwischen Terminen mit einer Dauer von 15 Minuten, welche kostenfrei sind und über die App Appointedd [hier](/content/virtual-consultation-with-team-tilbury) (Kostenfreier Termin) gebucht werden können, und Terminen mit einer Dauer von dreißig Minuten, für welche die geltende Gebühr bei Buchung des Termins über die App Appointedd [hier](/content/virtual-consultation-with-team-tilbury) ((Kostenpflichtiger Termin) zu bezahlen ist.
Kunden, die einen kostenpflichtigen Termin buchen, erhalten einen Rabattcode in Höhe des Wertes des kostenpflichtigen Termins, den sie für den Kauf von Produkten auf https://www.charlottetilbury.com/uk einlösen können; dabei gelten bestimmte Bedingungen, die in Abschnitt 4 erläutert werden (Rabattcode)

3. Buchung eines Termins3.1 Alle Termine sind über die App Appointedd zu buchen, auf die über eine Buchung auf Unserer Seite für virtuelle Beratungen [hier](/content/virtual-consultation-with-team-tilbury) zugegriffen werden kann.
3.2 Der Service wird an dem Datum und zur der Uhrzeit bereitgestellt, die über die App Appointedd vereinbart und Ihnen per E-Mail mitgeteilt werden.
3.3 Sie können diesen Service mit einem Geschenkgutschein, jeglichen Gutscheinen, Rabatt- oder Aktionscodes sowie per Klarna, Afterpay oder gegebenenfalls mit einer anderen Methode zur Ratenzahlung, je nach Verfügbarkeit, bezahlen.
3.3 Buchungen Kostenfreier Termine können von Kunden aus der ganzen Welt getätigt werden. Buchungen Kostenpflichtiger Termine können nur von Kunden mit Wohnsitz in Großbritannien getätigt werden.
3.4 Sie können maximal einen Kostenfreien Termin pro Woche buchen und wahrnehmen.
3.5 Kostenpflichtige Termine müssen in GBP von Großbritannien aus bezahlt werden.
4. Berechtigung und Beschränkungen zum Einlösen von Rabattcodes4.1 Wenn Sie einen Kostenpflichtigen Termin buchen, sind Sie zum Erhalt eines Rabattcodes im Wert des Betrages berechtigt, den Sie für den Kostenpflichtigen Termin bezahlt haben. Dieser wird Ihnen im Anschluss an den Termin per E-Mail zugesendet.
4.2 Rabattcodes stehen nur für Kostenpflichtige Termine zur Verfügung. Bei Buchung eines Kostenfreien Termins erhalten Sie keinen Rabattcode.
4.3 Der Rabattcode:
(i) gilt für alle auf www.charlottetilbury.com/uk angebotenen Produkte, mit Ausnahme von elektronischen Geschenkgutscheinen, elektronischen Gutscheinen für virtuelle Beratungen, Sets, bereits ermäßigten Produkten, Angebotsprodukten und Versand;
(ii) darf nur einmalig genutzt werden. Wenn der volle Wert des Rabattcodes nicht in einer einzigen Transaktion eingelöst wird, geht jegliches „Restguthaben“ verloren, d. h. es kann nicht zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt eingelöst werden. Wenn der Wert der Transaktion den Wert des Rabattcodes übersteigt, müssen Sie den ausstehenden Betrag bezahlen;
(iii) kann nicht in Verbindung mit anderen Rabatt- oder Aktionscodes, Gutscheinen oder elektronischen Geschenkgutscheinen verwendet werden (einschließlich aber nicht beschränkt auf Preisreduzierungen, Skontoabzüge oder Gratis-Geschenke);
(vi) gilt für einen Zeitraum von sechs Monaten ab Ausstellungsdatum;
(v) wird nur an Kunden ausgestellt, die einen Kostenpflichtigen Termin buchen; Nicht-Käufer und/oder Kunden, die einen Kostenfreien Termin buchen, sind nicht zur Nutzung eines Rabattcodes berechtigt;
(iv) für den Fall, dass Sie Ihren Rabattcode verwenden und Ihren Kostenpflichtigen Termin im Anschluss stornieren, sind Sie nicht zum Erhalt einer Rückerstattung berechtigt.
5. Stornieren und Änderung gebuchter Termine5.1 Charlotte Tilbury behält sich das Recht vor, Ihren Termin jederzeit zu stornieren bzw. das Datum und die Uhrzeit oder den Termin zu ändern. Für Kostenpflichtige Termine gilt – wenn Charlotte Tilbury einen Kostenpflichtigen Termin storniert oder ändert, können Sie den Termin zum Zeitpunkt der Benachrichtigung ebenfalls ändern oder stornieren und im Falle der endgültigen Stornierung eines Kostenpflichtigen Termins bekommen Sie den dafür gezahlten Betrag in voller Höhe erstattet. Wenn Sie sich nach einer Stornierung für eine Erstattung in voller Höhe entscheiden, kann der Rabattcode nicht mehr eingelöst werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Bearbeitung der Rückerstattung bis zu 21 Werktage in Anspruch nehmen kann.
5.2 Sie können Ihren Termin stornieren, ändern oder verlegen, indem Sie Uns mindestens zwei Stunden vor Beginn des Termins per E-Mail an virtualteamtilbury@charlottetilbury.com benachrichtigen. Jegliche Änderungen und/oder Verlegungen von Terminen unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit. Wenn Sie Ihren Termin nicht dieser Klausel 5.2 entsprechend stornieren, ändern oder verlegen, sind Wir nicht dazu verpflichtet, diese Anfrage anzuerkennen oder zu bearbeiten. Insofern Sie keine Rückerstattung gemäß Klausel 5.4 erhalten haben, sind Sie im Falle eines Kostenpflichtigen Termins weiterhin zur Verwendung Ihres Rabattcodes berechtigt.
5.4 Wir gewähren eine Rückerstattung ungenutzter Kostenpflichtiger Termine innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Buchung, wenn Sie Ihren Rabattcode nicht verwendet haben. Eine Rückerstattung können Sie per E-Mail an virtualteamtilbury@charlottetilbury.com beantragen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Bearbeitung bis zu 21 Werktage in Anspruch nehmen kann.
5.5 Im Falle der Anforderung einer Rückerstattung für Ihren Kostenpflichtigen Termin verliert Ihr Rabattcode unmittelbar an Gültigkeit und Sie sind nicht mehr dazu befugt, diesen einzulösen.
6. Ihr Termin6.1 Vor Ihrem Termin bitten Wir Sie darum, einen Vorab-Fragebogen auszufüllen. Dies ist nicht verpflichtend, ermöglicht es dem MUA aber, die Beratung besser auf Ihre persönlichen Wünsche und Anforderungen abzustimmen. Wenn Sie diesen Fragebogen ausfüllen, werden jegliche darin bereitgestellte personenbezogene Angaben gemäß Unserer Datenschutzerklärung bearbeitet.](/help/security-privacy)
6.2 An jedem Termin darf jeweils nur eine Person teilnehmen.
6.3 Wenn Sie nicht während der ersten zehn Minuten des Termins erscheinen, sind Wir nicht verpflichtet, den Termin fortzusetzen, und können diesen nach Unserem Ermessen abbrechen – ohne dass sich daraus für Uns die Verpflichtung ergibt, Ihnen eine Erstattung oder einen neuen Termin anbieten zu müssen. Wenn der MUA einen verspätet begonnenen Termin trotzdem fortsetzt, geht dieser nicht über die zugeteilte Zeit hinaus, d. h. seine Dauer verkürzt sich entsprechend.
6.4 Wenn Sie Ihren Termin nicht wahrnehmen oder die Anforderungen dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen nicht erfüllen, verfällt die Berechtigung, den Termin zu stornieren oder zu verlegen.
6.5 Welche Art von Beratung Wir anbieten, (z. B. Hautpflege, Foundation, Augen etc.) liegt in Unserem Ermessen und ist einsehbar unter https://www.charlottetilbury.com/uk/content/virtual-consultation-with-team-tilbury. Wir können die Verfügbarkeit von Terminen nicht garantieren und behalten Uns das Recht vor, diese jederzeit zu ändern oder zu stornieren.
6.6 Während eines Termins behält sich der MUA das Recht vor, den Termin jederzeit zu stornieren oder abzubrechen, falls er dies für angemessen hält.
6.7 Jegliche Informationen und/oder Produktempfehlungen durch Unsere MUA dienen lediglich der Information.
6.8 Alle Termine finden in englischer Sprache statt.
6.9 Sie haben nicht die Möglichkeit, einen bestimmten MUA auszuwählen, der Ihren Termin durchführt; die Auswahl des MUA für Ihren Termin liegt ausschließlich in Unserem Ermessen und kann sich jederzeit ändern.
6.10 Die Übermittlung des Termins erfolgt über öffentliche Telekommunikationsnetze. Wir übernehmen keine Gewähr und Haftung dafür, dass der Termin in technischer Hinsicht unterbrechungs- und fehlerfrei verläuft.
6.11 Der Service unterliegt jederzeit den Allgemeinen Nutzungsbedingungen der Website und, wenn es sich bei dem Service um einen Kostenpflichtigen Termin handelt, den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen. Im Falle eines Konflikts haben diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für virtuelle Beratungen Vorrang. Elektronische Gutscheine für virtuelle Beratungen unterliegen des weiteren den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für elektronische Gutscheine für virtuelle Beratungen, die im Falle eines Konflikts Vorrang haben.
7. Aufzeichnungen Ihres Termins – Lizenzen und Nutzerrechte7.1 Sie sind nicht dazu befugt, Ihren Termin (per Video und/oder Audio) aufzuzeichnen. Damit möchten Wir Ihre Privatsphäre und die Unserer MUA schützen. Wir sind dazu befugt, Ihren Termin zu Schulungs- und Qualitätssicherungszwecken aufzuzeichnen.
7.1 In manchen Fällen bitten Wir Sie um Ihr Einverständnis damit, dass Wir Ihren Termin aufzeichnen und eine Aufzeichnung Ihres virtuellen Beratungstermins in Form von Video, Audio, Clip oder Standbild zu Werbe- und Reklamezwecken verwenden dürfen (Inhalt). Dies beinhaltet die Verwendung auf der/den Website(s) von Charlotte Tilbury, Social-Media-Kanälen, Fernsehwerbung und/oder Werbeaktionen, auf Video-Sharing-Plattformen und anderen gegebenenfalls bezeichneten Kanälen. 7.3 Dementsprechend gewähren Sie Uns das unbefristete, unwiderrufliche, unentgeltliche, übertragbare Recht und die Lizenz dazu, abgeleitete Werke des Inhalts zu verwenden, zu vervielfältigen, zu verändern, vollständig zu löschen, anzupassen, zu übertragen und zu erstellen und/oder diesen Inhalt zu veräußern und/oder zu verbreiten und/oder diesen Inhalt in jeglicher Form, Technologie oder jeglichem Medium weltweit ohne Entschädigung Ihrerseits einzubinden
7.4 Wir sind dazu befugt, den Inhalt nach Unserem alleinigen Ermessen zu verwenden und behalten Uns das Recht vor, jeglichen Inhalt nach eigenem Ermessen zu ändern, zu komprimieren, dessen Veröffentlichung zu verweigern, zu entfernen oder zu löschen. Sie haben keinen Regressanspruch darauf, den Inhalt zu bearbeiten oder zu löschen oder Unsere Verwendung des Inhalts zu verhindern. Der Inhalt unterliegt keiner Vertraulichkeitsverpflichtung auf Seiten von Islestarr Holdings Limited, seinen Vertretern, Tochtergesellschaften, Konzerngesellschaften, Partnern oder Drittdienstleistern und entsprechenden Geschäftsführern, Verantwortlichen und Angestellten.
8. Zusätzliche Service-Anforderungen8.1. Der Service steht nur berechtigten Kunden zur Verfügung, die, wie oben erläutert, einen Termin gebucht haben.
8.2. Durch die Teilnahme an einem Termin bestätigen alle Teilnehmer, diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, die Nutzungsbedingungen der Website, die Verkaufsbedingungen, Unsere Datenschutzerklärung und alle anderen Anforderungen, die sich im Material für den Termin finden lassen (im Falle eines Konflikts haben die Anforderungen aus dem Material für den Termin Vorrang), sowie alle anwendbaren Gesetze und Vorschriften, einschließlich und ohne Einschränkung derjenigen, die Urheberrecht, Inhalt, Verleumdung, Datenschutz, Öffentlichkeit und den Zugang oder die Nutzung von Computern oder Kommunikationssystemen anderer betreffen, gelesen und akzeptiert zu haben sowie an sie gebunden zu sein.
8.3. Durch das Buchen eines Termins erklären die Teilnehmer, dass sie dazu und zum Einlösen des Rabattcodes berechtigt sind. Der Anbieter kann von den Teilnehmern einen Nachweis dieser Berechtigung verlangen. Durch Buchen eines Termins und die Teilnahme an demselben garantieren Sie, dass alle von Ihnen übermittelten Daten wahr und richtig sind.
8.4. Der Anbieter behält sich das Recht vor, nach eigenem Ermessen jede Person, von der er Grund zur Annahme hat, dass sie in einer Weise handelt, die vom Anbieter als Verletzung dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, der geltenden Gesetze und/oder Vorschriften und/oder der Rechte Dritter angesehen wird, von der weiteren Teilnahme am Service auszuschließen und zu verhindern, dass diese weitere Termine jeder Art vereinbaren kann. Dazu kann der Widerruf des Rechts gehören, den Termin wahrzunehmen und/oder den Rabattcode einzulösen.
8.5. Wenn der Anbieter im Nachhinein feststellt, dass der Einlöser eines Rabattcodes nicht berechtigt ist, gegen diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen verstoßen hat oder im Verdacht einer anderen Unehrlichkeit oder unethischen Verhaltens steht, behält der Anbieter sich das Recht vor (nach alleinigem Ermessen), diesem Teilnehmer den Rabattcode nicht zu gewähren.
9. Haftungsbeschränkung9.1 Es gelten die Haftungsbeschränkungen gemäß der Allgemeinen Nutzungsbedingungen der Website. Darüber hinaus haftet der Anbieter nicht für Schäden oder Verluste eines Teilnehmers, wenn diese Schäden oder Verluste zum Zeitpunkt des Termins nicht in zumutbarer Weise als vorhersehbare Folge eines Verstoßes gegen diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen dargestellt wurden oder der Termin nicht wie vorhergesehen oder geplant verläuft.
9.2 Der Anbieter haftet nicht, falls Dritte, die an der Bereitstellung dieses Service beteiligt sind, ihren Verpflichtungen nicht nachkommen. Der Anbieter ist allerdings stets bemüht, die Auswirkungen eines solchen Versäumnisses auf die Teilnehmer zu minimieren.
9.3 Die Bestimmungen dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen wirken in keiner Weise so, dass die Haftung des Anbieters für folgende Fälle ausgeschlossen ist:
(a) Todesfälle oder Personenschäden aufgrund der Fahrlässigkeit des Anbieters:
(b) Betrugsfälle; oder
(c) dass die Haftung weiter ausgeschlossen wird, als es das Gesetz erlaubt.
10. Datenschutz und Öffentlichkeit10.1. Durch Inanspruchnahme des Service und Buchen sowie Besuchen eines Termins stimmen die Teilnehmer zu, dass der Anbieter (und die zugehörigen Unternehmensgruppen in seinem Namen) die Informationen (einschließlich personenbezogener Daten), die die Teilnehmer mit der Einsendung und während der Anmeldung bereitstellen, für die folgenden, im berechtigten Interesse des Anbieters liegenden Zwecke gemäß den Datenschutzgesetzen verarbeiten, speichern, verteilen und/oder nutzen kann:
(a) um es dem Anbieter zu ermöglichen, Ihren Termin zu buchen, zu verwalten und zu entscheiden, ob er diesen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen entspricht;
(b) um den Rabattcode bereitzustellen;
(c) um die Informationen mit Organisationen oder Vertretern zu teilen, die bei der Durchführung der Services und der Bereitstellung des Rabattcodes mitarbeiten, oder
d) für alle anderen angemessenen und damit verbundenen Zwecke.
10.2. Zum Zwecke der Services wird der Anbieter die personenbezogenen Daten der Teilnehmer nur an diejenigen seiner Konzerngesellschaften und Drittdienstleister weitergeben, die sie für die in Paragraph 6.1 genannten und in der Datenschutzerklärung dargelegten Zwecke benötigen.

11. Allgemeines11.1. Der Anbieter behält sich das Recht vor, die Services und jeglichen Termin im Rahmen der Services ohne vorherige Ankündigung für ungültig zu erklären, auszusetzen, abzubrechen oder zu ändern, sofern dies notwendig werden sollte. E-Gift Virtual Consultations Card Terms and Conditions

2. The ServiceAn E-Gift Virtual Make Up Artist Consultation with a Charlotte Tilbury Make Up Artist (MUA) to include a discount code to the value of the consultation purchased to be spent on charlottetilbury.com/ (E-Gift Virtual Consultation). An E-Gift Virtual Consultation can be purchased by a customer (Purchaser) for the value advertised on charlottetilbury.com to gift to their chosen recipient (Recipient) by way of an E-Gift Virtual Consultation Card (E-Gift VC Card).
These Terms and Conditions for E-Gift Virtual Services are applicable to the Purchaser and the Recipient of the Service.

3. Purchasing an E-Gift Virtual Consultation3.1 Purchase must be made by the Purchaser by contacting us at charlottetilburygiftexperiences@charlottetilbury.com
3.2 A member of our team will be in contact to arrange the purchase, and you must make payment via a secured link sent to you via email.
3.3. The E-Gift VC Card will either be sent directly to the Recipient, or provided to you to share with the Recipient. This will contain a unique booking code that the Recipient must provide at the point of booking their specific appointment time.
3.4 No physical card is sent via post, electronic delivery only.
3.5 Only available to Purchasers and Recipients both in the UK.
4. Booking an E-Gift Virtual Consultation4.1. The Recipient must book their appointment for the E-Gift Virtual Consultation by contacting us at charlottetilburygiftexperiences@charlottetilbury.com (Appointment).
4.2 The Recipient will be notified of the date and time of the Appointment via email.
4.3 Appointments will be subject to availability. In the event that the specific service named on the E-Gift VC Card is not available, the Recipient may opt for an alternative Virtual Service of equal or less value.
4.4 An E-Gift VC Card will be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the Purchaser. The Appointment must be booked for and taken by a date falling no later than 2 years from the date of purchase by the Purchaser.
4A. Discount Code Eligibility & Restrictions4A.1 When the Purchaser purchases an E-Gift Virtual Consultation, the Recipient will receive a Discount Code to the value you paid for the-Gift Virtual Consultation. This will be provided to the Recipient during their Appointment.
4A.2 The Discount Code:
(i) will apply to all products sold on the www.charlottetilbury.com/ site local to where the E-Gift VC Card was purchased, except it cannot be used for purchases of E-Gift Cards, E-Gift Virtual Consultations, Virtual Consultations, Kits, already discounted products, sale items and delivery;
(ii) may only be used once. In the event that the full value of the Discount Code is not redeemed in the one transaction, any ‘outstanding balance’ will not be subsequently redeemable. In the event that the transaction exceeds the value of the Discount Code, you will be required to pay the additional amount;
(iii) cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount code, voucher or e-gift card (including but not limited to money-off, discount deduction or free gift);
(iv) will be valid for redemption for a period of two years from the date that the E-Gift Virtual Consultation was purchased by the Purchaser.
5. Cancelling and Amending Your Appointment5.1 Charlotte Tilbury retains the right to cancel, change the date and time of or amend a Recipient’s Appointment at any time. In the event that Charlotte Tilbury cancels or changes your Paid For Appointment (except where the Purchaser has triggered the cancellation) the Recipient will have the option to either change or cancel at the time of notification, and in the event of cancellation Charlotte Tilbury can authorise a full refund to the Purchaser, or issue the Recipient with an E-Gift Card in the same value as the E-Gift VC Card. If the Recipient opts to cancel and refund or E-Gift Card, their Discount Code will no longer be redeemable. Please allow up to 21 business days for processing the refund.
5.2 The Recipient can cancel, amend or reschedule their Appointment by notifying us at least two hours prior to the Appointment time via virtualteamtilbury@charlottetilbury.com. Any amendments and/or rescheduled Appointments are subject to availability. If you do not cancel, amend or reschedule your Appointment in accordance with this clause 5.2, we are under no obligation to acknowledge or process such request, and you will not be entitled to another Appointment. You will still be entitled to use your Discount Code.
5.4 We can make a refund to a Purchaser for an unused Paid For Appointments within 30 days of purchase, provided that you have not used your Discount Code. To request a refund please email charlottetilburygiftexperiences@charlottetilbury.com Please allow up to 21 business days for processing.
5.5 In the event of requesting a refund, the E-Gift VC Card Discount Code will be immediately cancelled and no attempt must be made to use it. If the Recipient has already booked an Appointment at the point of a refund being processed, that Appointment and corresponding Discount Code will be cancelled.
5.6 A refund cannot be processed for a Recipient, only for a Purchaser as described above. Other remedies are available, as described above, and please email charlottetilburygiftexperiences@charlottetilbury.com for more detail.
6. Your Appointment6.1 Only one person may attend the Appointment
6.2 If you do not join within the first ten minutes of the Appointment then we are under no obligation to go ahead with the Appointment and may cancel it at our discretion, without any obligation to provide you a refund or rescheduled Appointment. If the MUA does go ahead with the Appointment, it will not run over the allotted time, even if the Appointment starts late.
6.3 If you do not attend your appointment or you fail to comply with the requirements under these T&C’s you will not be entitled to cancel or reschedule the Appointment.
6.4 Re-gifting of the E-Gift VC Card or your Appointment is not allowed.
6.5 You must not record your Appointment (video and/or audio). We may record the audio portion of your Appointment for training and quality purposes. You can find out more about how we treat personal data in our privacy policy [here.](/help/security-privacy)
6.6 The type of Appointments available (e.g. skincare, foundation, eye etc.) will be at our discretion, and made available on https://www.charlottetilbury.com/uk/content/virtual-consultation-with-team-tilbury. We cannot guarantee availability of Appointments, and reserve the right to change or cancel them at any time.
6.7 During an Appointment a MUA reserves the right to cancel or abort the Appointment at any time, should they feel it appropriate to do so.
6.8 Any information and/or product recommendations made by a MUA are for informational purposes only.
6.9 All Appointments will be carried out in the English language.
6.10 You will not be able to select a specific MUA to carry out your Appointment, and the MUA selected for your Appointment will be entirely at our discretion and subject to change at any time.
6.11 The Appointment transmission will pass over public telecommunications networks. We make no representation or warranty that the operation of the Appointment will be uninterrupted or error free and disclaim all liability in respect thereof.
6.12 The Service will at all times be subject to these terms, the Website Terms and Conditions of Use,the Terms & Conditions of Sale. and the Virtual Consultation Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, these E-Gift Virtual Consultations Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
7. Additional Service Requirements7.1. The Service is only available to eligible customers that have booked as outlined above.
7.2. By attending an Appointment, you will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, the Website Terms and Conditions of Use, the Terms & Conditions of Sale, our Privacy Policy and any other requirements set out in the materials for the Appointment (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the materials for the Appointment will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.
7.3. In booking an Appointment, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and are eligible to redeem the Discount Code. The Provider may require participants to provide proof of such eligibility. By booking and an attending an Appointment, you warrant that all information submitted by you is true and accurate.
7.4. The Provider reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from further participation in the Service and prevent from making any Appointment or further Appointment any individual it has reason to believe is acting in any manner deemed by the Provider to be in violation of these terms and conditions, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights. This may include revoking the right to attend the Appointment and/or use the Discount Code.
7.5. If the Provider subsequently discovers any redeemer of the Discount Code is ineligible, has breached these terms and conditions or is suspected of engaging in any other foul play or unethical conduct, then the Provider reserves the right (at its absolute discretion) not to honour the Discount Code to that individual.
8. Limitation of Liability8.1 The Limitation of Liability under the Website Terms and Conditions shall apply, but in addition The Provider is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any participant where such damage or loss was not at the time the Appointment was made a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these terms and conditions or if the Appointment does not run as anticipated or planned.
8.2 The Provider will not be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of third parties involved in the provision of this Service, although the Provider will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants of any such failure.
8.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to exclude the Provider’s liability:
(a) for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence;
(b) for fraud; or
(c) further than is permitted by law.
9. Data Protection and Publicity9.1. By using the Service and booking and attending an Appointment, participants acknowledge that the Provider (and its group companies on its behalf), may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) participants provide in their entry and in the process of entering for the following purposes which are in the Provider’s legitimate interests under data protection laws:
(a) to enable it to book, administer and fulfil your Appointment including deciding whether such Appointment it accords with these terms and conditions;
(b) to provide the E-Gift VC Card to the Recipient and assist the Recipient in booking their Appointment
(c) to fulfil the Discount Code;
(d) to share with organisations or agents assisting with the conduct of the Services and fulfilment of the Discount Code; or
(e) for any other reasonable and related purposes.
9.2. For the purposes of the Services, the Provider will only disclose participants’ personal data to those of its group companies and third party service providers who need it for the purposes listed in paragraph 9.1 above and as set out in the privacy policy.

10. General10.1. The Provider reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Services and any Appointment under the Services where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice. The Provider reserves the right to cancel, amend the time and/or date of or replace an Appointment, its content and/or its presenters. The Provider reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10.2. By using the Services, the participant indemnifies the Provider against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the participant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the participant herein. The participant hereby waives and releases the Provider and each of its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and/or related entities and parties from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the use of the entry.
10.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

THE BENEFITS
As a Charlotte Tilbury Pro Member, you will be able to enjoy (i) the Discount; (ii) communications about the Products including helpful tips and techniques, and (iii) invitations to any pro master-classes and events (the Events) that we hold. THE PRODUCTS

THE DISCOUNT
Your discount entitles you to 30% off the Products (the Discount) purchased online on the UK Website. The Discount may apply to the Events. The Discount Limit
The Discount can be used to purchase Products up to a maximum annual limit of £5,000 (five thousand GBP). This is the post-discount value. Should you exceed this limit the Discount will no longer apply to the Products.
Re-sell
Products purchased by you using the Discount are for personal or professional use only, and those redeemed via the Promo Code are for personal use, and none of the foregoing may not be resold or exchanged under any circumstances. Any returns will take into account the discount that was applied. If we become aware that you or one of your clients are on-selling the Products we reserve the right to revoke the Discount with immediate effect. Shipping and Returns

'Refer a Friend' Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter

The Promoter will use the services of Mention Me Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, with company number 08382730, whose office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU to deliver the Refer a Friend platform to customers. 2. The Promotion
Have the chance for you (“Referrer”) and a friend who makes their first online purchase on www.charlottetilbury.com (“Friend”) to benefit from the Refer a Friend offer advertised on www.charlottetilbury.com at the time of the referral (“Offer”) by way of a promotional code (“Promo Code”).
3. Qualifying Conditions
To participate in the Refer A Friend Promotion, simply enter your name and email address in the “Refer a Friend” offer box. and click “Continue”. You will then have the opportunity to share a Promo Code with a friend via email, Facebook, SMS or via a Link. The Promo Code can be shared for 3 months from the date of acceptance by the Referrer.
Promo Codes will be cumulative, so if multiple qualifying referrals are made, multiple Promo Codes will be delivered to the Referrer, subject to the following limit: a Referrer may not redeem more than (i) 1 Promo Code within any 24 hour period; (ii) 3 within 1 month; or (iii) 1080 EUR of Promo Code value within the last 12 months.
In order for the Friend to qualify for the Promo Code and receive the Refer a Friend Promotion that person must:
- Be a new customer (e.g. they cannot have an existing https://charlottetilbury.com account under an alternate email address);
- Open the message or link sent to them by the Referrer to obtain the Promo Code;

4. Eligibility

5. Further Referral Terms
The Refer A Friend Promotion is not valid in conjunction with (i) other offers or promo codes (ii) bundle products/gifts that already have a discount applied (iii) products that are already discounted or on offer. In the event a Friend returns a purchased item and their order value decreases below the Qualifying Amount, the Promo Code awarded to the Referrer will become invalid, provided that the Friend has not already used it. Loyalty Terms and Conditions – UK, Part 1
Islestarr Holdings Limited and Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Limited together with its subsidiaries (“Charlotte Tilbury”, “we”, “us” or “our”) has launched a loyalty programme called Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme (the “Program” or “Loyalty Programme”). Customers that participate in the Program may be referred to as “Loyalty Members” or “Members”.
Your participation in Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme is governed by this set of Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms should be read alongside, and in addition to, our Website Terms and Conditions of Use and also our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, to understand how we collect and process your personal data. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Website Terms and Conditions of Use, these Terms will control.
Please read these Terms carefully and print a copy for your future reference. By participating in Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (each as amended from time to time). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to participate in the Program.
Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme is operated by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Limited, company number 08037372, with its registered office at 8 Surrey Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2R 2ND.
Charlotte Tilbury reserves the right to change the Terms including the eligibility, Rewards, Benefits and Levels under the Program; and to terminate or withdraw the Program including revoking all earned Rewards, Benefits and Levels; or close further participation in the Program, at any time in its discretion, subject to the terms of the “Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme Term Period, Program modification and termination” section below. Where permitted by applicable law, unless we notify you otherwise, any amended Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Program after the amended Terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes, therefore you should review these Terms regularly to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme. What is Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme?
Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme is the loyalty programme launched across www.charlottetilbury.com.
Shop to access the different loyalty Levels. The more you spend, the more Rewards and Benefits you’ll unlock, including gifts, free shipping (when available) and access to Charlotte’s Member Only shop. Customers can sign up to Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme via the following link: https://www.charlottetilbury.com/uk/loyalty. When customers create an Account on www.charlottetilbury.com, customers have joined Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme. Only orders made while logged in to your account will qualify towards your loyalty status. Should you not wish to participate in Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme, you must close your account with all future orders being placed through guest checkout.
Global Restrictions to Charlotte’s Loyalty Programmme
Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme is available for customers to join via www.charlottetilbury.com globally, with the exception of the below exclusion list: Argentina, Brazil, Cayman Islands, China, Chile, Mexico, South Africa, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, New Zealand, Republic of Korea (each an “Excluded Jurisdiction”).
Guest Checkout
Loyalty Members can choose to checkout as guest at any time but will not receive any Benefits of Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme. For the avoidance of doubt, spend on www.charlottetilbury.com or in Charlotte’s Beauty Wonderlands (unless your email address is given at the point of transaction, subject to the conditions described in the “Global Restrictions to Charlotte’s Loyalty Programmme” section above) will also not be counted towards a customers loyalty status when a transaction is not linked to a customer account. If you are using a guest checkout, your purchase will only count if we can verify your email address used to purchase against a valid Charlotte Tilbury account.
Subscriptions
To create a subscription to any product or service on www.charlottetilbury.com, customers are required to create an account which will automatically sign them up to Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme.
When a customer creates an order via a Subscription, the value of the first delivery of the subscription purchased will be added to the customer’s loyalty status. Future purchases of items delivered via the customer’s subscription will be added to the customer’s loyalty account when the transaction has been confirmed.
If your account is removed for any reason, any subscriptions you have through our Subscription Service will be cancelled, as you must have an account on the Site to set up any Subscription Service. For full Subscription Terms and Conditions, please see here.
Gift Cards
When purchasing Gift Cards, customers who are signed into Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme will have this purchase count towards their loyalty status. Customers purchasing on www.charlottetilbury.com or in any of Charlotte’s Beauty Wonderlands using a Gift Card will not have their spend added to their loyalty status.
Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme Term Period, Program modification and termination
Once you have joined Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme, your membership tier will continue for 365 days from the date of joining (Initial Membership Period), unless you spend to reach a higher tier during your Initial Membership Period, in which case you will advance to that higher tier and your next 365 day membership period will start. However, if a higher tier is not reached during your Initial Membership Period, a new tier will be assigned reflective of your spend during your Initial Membership Period and and your next 365 day membership period will begin in this new tier. This same process will continue for each consecutive 365 day membership period, provided we decide to continue with Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme.
Subject to applicable law, we are entitled to end Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme and/or to amend any portion of the Program at any time, including but not limited to: (a) eligibility requirements; (b) the processes for enrolment; (c) Levels, Rewards and Benefits, and the features or advantages associated with each; and (d) offers.
Should we make any such change, where required by law or at out discretion, you will be provided with written notice of any changes to these Terms between 60 and 90 days before it takes effect if the change pertains to an essential element of the Program, and at least 30 days before it takes effect in the case of any other change.
The Rewards and Benefits are for members of Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme during their Membership Period only, and must not be shared with or used by any third party. By using the Rewards and Benefits you are deemed to have read, accepted and to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the specific Reward or Benefit (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems. By using the Rewards or Benefits, customers confirm their eligibility and accept the applicable Charlotte Tilbury Terms and Conditions of the promotion in question. Charlotte Tilbury may require the customer to provide proof of such eligibility. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify from further (or any) use of any of the Rewards and/or the Benefits if we have reason to believe you are tampering with the operation of the Program, or to be acting in any manner deemed by Charlotte Tilbury to be in violation of these Terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights.

How do I Join Charlotte's Loyalty Programme?
You will automatically be enrolled into Charlotte's Loyalty Programme when you create a Charlotte Tilbury account or log in to your existing account.
Your purchases made in the last 365 days prior to account creation will count towards your loyalty status if we can verify your purchases to the same email address used to create an account.
If you do not want to be enrolled into Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme, you will have the opportunity to close your account by visiting your account dashboard.
Eligibility and Joining Charlotte's Loyalty Programme
Charlotte Tilbury customers who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside are eligible to join Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme. PRO Members or Charlotte’s Magic Stars are not eligible to join Charlotte's Loyalty Programme.
The Program is for personal use only. Membership is not open to companies, businesses, charitable organizations, corporations or any entity other than an eligible individual. Customers using the Program to benefit from commercial use by purchasing items for resale, are not eligible to participate in the Program. At Charlotte Tilbury’s discretion, current Charlotte Tilbury employees, PRO’s, Charlotte’s Magic Stars, contractors, and immediate family members of such employees and contractors, may not be eligible to participate in Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme.

Do all my purchases count towards Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme?
All Valid Orders, excluding those made with Gift Cards, help you move through Levels to unlock Rewards and Benefits - the total basket value after discount, including shipping and applicable taxes will be counted. Free gifts with purchase, samples, Rewards and Benefits or services will not be added to your loyalty Level.
You must be logged into a valid Charlotte Tilbury account to earn. If you are using a guest checkout, your purchase will only count if we can verify your email address used to purchase against a valid Charlotte Tilbury account.
If you shop across multiple territories, you will activate multiple loyalty accounts and Charlotte Tilbury is unable to consolidate. For example: if a customer shops on www.charlottetilbury.com and then on www.charlottetilbury.nl, they will activate two loyalty accounts which can not be consolidated.
For the purpose of the Program a “Valid Order” shall mean that you have placed an online order for products via www.charlottetilbury.com, but excluding any such order that is: (a) subsequently returned; (b) for purchase of or include an e-gift card; e-gift Virtual Consultation or Virtual Consultation.
Do my loyalty Levels expire?
When you enter a specific loyalty Levels, you will have 365 days to access that Level's Rewards and Benefits, before your annual spend total refreshes. Once you have been in a Level for 365 days and not moved into the next Level, you will move to the Level reflective of your last 365 days spend history. If you do shop to the value of the next Level's spend threshold, congratulations! Your Account section of www.charlottetilbury.com will be updated and you will receive a welcome email. Your spend history will be reviewed again 365 days after joining your new Level.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS |
What are Rewards?
Your “Rewards” are code based offers and each Reward can only be used once within a 365 day period, within your loyalty Level. Once redeemed, your Reward will no longer be visible within your loyalty account. Rewards can be added to your basket and redeemed at checkout when your basket reaches the individual Reward qualifiers. Only one promotional code per basket. Multiple auto-applied Benefits can however still be added to a customer’s transaction, with one Reward.

VAULT LEVEL OFFERS |
Vault Level
Loyalty Members who are in the top Level of Charlotte’s Loyalty Programme have access to the Vault. This Level receives all the Rewards and Benefits as seen in Level 4, plus additional bespoke offers and Rewards sent directly via email and other communication channels as determined by Promoter.
For Vault customers to receive these additional Benefits beyond the Level 4 Rewards and Benefits, customers must be signed up to newsletter to be contacted via email or other channels.
At Charlotte Tilbury’s discretion, if a customer reaches the Vault Level through means which violate these Terms (including but not limited to making purchases not for personal use or for resale), Charlotte Tilbury reserves the right to not communicate to customers in the Vault and instead continue to receive the Benefits of Level 4 only.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION |

CLAIMING THE PRIZE |
a) The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the relevant Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant. b) The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the entrant’s behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the entrant is not able to take up the Prize. c) The Prize will be dispatched to the postal address supplied by the winning entrant via courier within 28 days of the relevant Announcement Date. a) By booking a ticket and attending a masterclass, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems. b) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend the time and/or date of or replace a masterclass, its content and/or its presenters without prior notice. c) The Competition is free to enter, no purchase is necessary. d) If the Prize involves fixed dates, it is the responsibility of the winning entrant to ensure that they and any nominated guest (if applicable) are available. e) The winning entrant and his/her guest (if applicable) shall not, while using the Prize, display or publicize any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing, or content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights). f) The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, damaged or delayed in transit (if applicable), regardless of cause, including, for example as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. g) The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from further participation in the Competition any individual it has reason to believe is tampering with the operation of the Competition, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these Terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third-party rights. h) If the Promoter subsequently discovers the winning entrant is ineligible, has breached these Terms or is suspected of engaging in any other foul play or unethical conduct, then the Promoter reserves the right (at its absolute discretion) not to award the prize to that entrant and award the prize to another entrant who will be selected by the Promoter. COMPETITION PERIOD |

HOW TO ENTER |

Each video will contain a one-word clue which entrants must remember. Therefore, in total, there will be a three-word phase that entrants will have to remember after watching all three videos. Once entrants have this three-word phrase, entrants must visit the Exagger-eyes form page on www.charlottetilbury.com and input their answer on the form. Entrants must enter their name, email address, three-word phrase found in the competition videos and confirm their entry into the competition and that they accept the terms and conditions. · You must be entering from one of the Participating Countries, as set out below. · By entering the Competition, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. · Only one entry for each entrant will be considered. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION |
· Entrants who have successfully answered the competition question during the Competition Period will be added to a computerised random generator from which the Promotor will randomly select fifty (50) valid entries. Upon successful approval and completion of your application to the Program, you will be given:

Any sales made by Clients and Social Media Followers using your Promo Code or Link via any voucher code or discount websites will not form part of this commission scheme and you will not receive commission on such sales. Commission will only be paid on transactions made on the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty website or app by your Clients and Socia Media Followers, and where the you have uniquely created content directing to the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty website or app.
When communicating the Promo Code or Link to your Clients and Social Media Followers on any social media platform, you must prominently mark the post with #AD.
In order for your Clients or Social Media Followers to redeem a Promo Code or Link, that person must:
- make a purchase on the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty website or app for any product excluding: (i) product bundles and kits where a saving has already been applied; (ii) already discounted products; (iii) gift wrap or virtual consultations; or (iv) in conjunction with other promotional codes; and
