How to Get Fuller Lips

Step 1 - Cleanse
Firstly, to achieve the appearance of fuller lips you want to ensure your lips are smooth, hydrated and cleansed. Wash your face and lips using Charlotte’s Goddess Cleansing Ritual Cleanser.
Step 2 - Contour
Now you want to move onto contouring, as this is one of the best ways to achieve the appearance of bigger lips naturally. Using this lip liner you can subtly reshape and redefine the dimensions to get the effect of plump lips. Outline your lips starting from the top corner to create a pouty lips effect.
