You can apply the shades wet, dry or on top of other eyeshadows for a dazzling finish! To apply the shades dry, press on to the centre of your lid using your fingertip for intense color payoff, or for the ULTIMATE sparkling finish that plays with the light, apply the shades wet using the Smudger Brush!
