How to apply
- Starting with the inner corner of the eye, draw a very fine line using the precision applicator, along the lash line and out into a feline flick!
- Apply over the top of The Classic eyeliner in Black or Pillow Talk Eyeliner for dramatic dimension!
TILBURY TIP! DIAL UP THE DRAMA! Following your eye shape, draw a line just above the crease of the eye and out into a feline flick.
