How to apply
- To use, make sure the pencil is sharp! Run the eyeshadow across your eyelid, then using your finger smudge up and out to blend. The formula will set after 30 seconds so blend, blend, blend!
Do not use this eyeshadow pencil on the insides of your eyes. If it comes into contact with your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
