How to apply

Start by applying the Lip Cheat lip liner in Icon Baby if you have fair-medium skin, or Pillow Talk Intense or Foxy Brown if you have a tan-deep skin tone. Starting on the outer corners,, trace the liner just outside the natural lip line.
