Delivery Information
Due to high demand, for orders placed between Friday 29th November - Thursday 5th December please allow an additional 2 days for your order to arrive.
STANDARD DELIVERY
€3.95 or FREE on orders over €59. Standard delivery is FREE for Level 1 and above Loyalty Members on all orders. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. All orders placed after 3:30pm CEST (Monday - Thursday) will be dispatched the following day.
Order before 13h00 on 17th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 12h00 on 23rd December in time for New Year's Eve

EXPRESS DELIVERY
€9.95 or FREE on all orders over €200. Express delivery is FREE for Level 3 and above Loyalty Members on all orders. Delivery in 1 - 2 days. Order by 1pm CET for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Order before 12h00 on 19th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 18h00 on 26th December in time for New Year's Eve
Returns Information
We will accept returns on unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.
