STANDARD DELIVERY
€3.95 or FREE on orders over €59. Standard delivery is FREE for Level 1 and above Loyalty members on all orders. Please allow 7-9 working days to receive your order. All orders placed after 3:30pm CEST (Monday - Thursday) will be dispatched the following day.
Order before 12h00 on 17th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 11h00 on 23rd December in time for New Year's Eve
EXPRESS DELIVERY
€9.95 or FREE on all orders over €200. Express delivery is FREE for Level 3 and above Loyalty Members on all orders. Delivery in 1 - 2 days. Order by 12pm GMT for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Order before 11h00 on 19th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 17h00 on 26th December in time for New Year's Eve
*Please note, all services are tracked. A dispatch confirmation email including a tracking code will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Please visit the website of the courier and enter the code to track your order. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday.
Free Shipping
If the total cost of your order is over €59 or you are [Level 1 & 2 Loyalty Members] you will receive FREE Standard Shipping. This will be automatically applied to your order in your shopping bag.

Important Information
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.
Insurance
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered on a Next Day service, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
