1. For Matte Eyes to Mesmerise, Swipe on with your fingers for a mesmerising day look or use a Blender Brush for a more dramatic, evening smokey eye look. Lightly dampen the Blender Brush for a wash of intense colour. Darlings, don’t forget to secure the lid after use!
2. For original Eyes to Mesmerise, apply a gorgeous wash of colour with a Blender Brush, or pop on a brightening shimmer with your fingertips. Make your eyes look wider and brighter by running the formula underneath the lash line with a Smudger Brush. Tilbury Tip: Apply to one eye at a time, using your fingertips to warm the formula and then blend out with your fingers or a brush. The formula sets in seconds, so work quickly and remember to blend, blend, blend!
3. Apply Rock 'N'Kohl eyeliner along the lash line to define the look of your eyes.
4. Finish with my award-winning Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes! mascara for the lashes of your dreams and a 24HR vertical lift effect.
