Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) and before 11:00am (Saturday) will be received in Hong Kong SAR within 1-2 days, outlying islands within 2-3 days

Orders placed after 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) and after 11:00am (Saturday) will be received in Hong Kong SAR within 2-3 days, outlying islands 3-4 days.

We will accept returns on unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We will only accept returns on products purchased online at CharlotteTilbury.com.

For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.

Please note that engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty once opened.
