Charlotte’s Virtual Beauty Consultations are 1-2-1 video call appointments between you and one of her Team Tilbury Beauty Stylists! You’ll be able to see and hear the artist, and vice versa, and it’s just like having a Beauty Expert in your own home! The Virtual Consultation team are trained-by-Charlotte makeup artists with expert knowledge so they can help select the best products and shades for you, providing expert advice in the comfort of your own home!
After choosing which Virtual Consultation you would like from the booking page, you can click through to select a date and time slot which suits you. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with a link to join your consultation at the selected time!
During your consultation, you have the opportunity to speak 1-2-1 with a beauty expert about the theme of the appointment; from finding your perfect foundation shade to discovering the best skincare products for you, your consultation is 15 minutes of personalised, tailored-to-you advice from an expert!
If you are based in the UK and choose a 15-minute complimentary appointment, you can also add to your wishlist, basket and securely checkout, making this a magical and easy virtual personal shopping experience!
When booking an appointment, there will be some pre-appointment questions to fill out. We recommend that you answer these questions with as much detail as you can in order to give our artists the best head start on picking out the perfect products for you. If you know them, add your skin’s undertone, your skin type or any other information you think will help them pinpoint the best products and techniques for you!
For your consultation, try and find a quiet space if you can so that the artist can give you the best experience possible. So, pop into a quiet room, make a cup of tea and sit down and relax while we expertly revamp your beauty bag!
No, there is no need to worry about taking notes of the techniques you learn or products you’re recommended; if you opt in when you book, your artist will send you an email after your appointment which will have all the product links, any tips and tricks discussed during your call and all your recommended shades.
Yes, we’d love to see the types of products and colour that you already love. This always helps the artists when recommending your perfect products and shades - or helping you choose something new!
Our 15-minute complimentary services are perfect to dip your toe into our magical virtual consultation world, and your artist can certainly share quick application tips and tricks during this time, while answering all of your burning questions!
However, if you need a total makeup revamp or want to cover many aspects of beauty, like how to supercharge your skincare routine or create a full makeup look for an occasion, we recommend booking one of our longer, paid services (currently only available in the UK). The fee you pay for your 30 or 60 minute consultation is completely redeemable against product on CharlotteTilbury.com, and the longer duration means your artist can devote more time to a step-by-step brush along or showing you more products!
Absolutely! Just let the artist know in your booking questions the type of present that you’re looking for and they’ll be able to guide you to the best magical gifts during your appointment. Having a photo of the recipient of the gift and having an idea of the types of products and colours they like, or skin type they have will also help your artist select the best gifts to treat them to!
