Celebrity groomer Amy Komorowski shares the research-powered steps to create Adam’s glowing skin for the red carpet at the Opening Ceremony.

“I wanted Adam’s skin to look refreshed, glowing and effortless. Skincare is such an important step in the grooming process. Especially with international travel, it’s key to wake up the face and refresh and hydrate the skin.

To prep, I started with Charlotte Tilbury’s Instant Magic Facial Dry Sheet Mask to hydrate and brighten. I love using face masks on my clients; it gives an instant glow and wakes up the under eye area. I followed with the Super Radiance Resurfacing Facial which is an incredible acid exfoliator and leaves skin ready to absorb moisturiser.

Charlotte’s Magic Cream and Magic Serum Crystal Elixir were applied together for intense hydration. When grooming, I don’t like to use products that are too emollient; this combo adds the perfect amount of moisture. The elixir contains Golden Vitamin C and hydration powerhouse Polyglutamic Acid – a supercharged skincare ingredient that’s 4x more hydrating than Hyaluronic Acid.

Celebrity makeup artist Vincent Oquendo shares the magic makeup steps to create Candice’s gorgeous, glowing, sun-kissed complexion, luscious lips and dreamy eyes for the red carpet at the Opening Ceremony.

“I started off Candice’s makeup using Charlotte’s Magic Cream paired with Magic Serum. I wanted her skin to look really clean and fresh and perfected.

I then perfected her skin with the Airbrush Flawless Foundation using a wet beauty blender, before using Cheek to Chic blush in Ecstasy to add a wash of colour to her cheeks and Filmstar Bronze and Glow as a contour on her jaw and softly under her cheekbones.

The star of the look though was the creamy beige lip, we used Penelope Pink in the middle with a little of the Collagen Lip Bath in Refresh Rose. Around her eyes I defined the shape very lightly using the Pillow Talk Luxury Palette.” - Vincent Oquendo
