Created to be like a Beauty Light Wand illuminator for the eyes, the matte end defines the eyes, adding shape and depth, whilst the metallic end adds light-play to amplify your colour contrast!
The sapphire shades add a magical contrast to brown eyes, and beautifully, harmoniously enhance blue eyes!

How to apply
Step 1: Apply the matte end of your eyeliner to the outer half of your upper lash-line to add shape, depth and definition.
Step 2: Use the metallic end in your inner corners and along the lower and upper lash line to make the eyes look bigger, brighter and more mesmerising.
Tilbury Tip: Brown-eyed beauties will often have copper and gold tones in their eyes, making SUPER BLUE the perfect contrasting eyeshadows for brown eyes. However, the warm hues of COPPER CHARGE will create harmony and ENHANCE your eye colour magic!
