How to apply
Eyes to Mesmerise: Apply a gorgeous wash of colour with a Blender Brush, or pop on a brightening shimmer with your fingertips. Make your eyes look wider and brighter by running the formula underneath the lash line with a Smudger Brush.
Tilbury Tip: Apply to one eye at a time, using your fingertips to warm the formula and then blend out with your fingers or a brush. The formula sets in seconds, so work quickly and remember to blend, blend, blend!
Colour Chameleon: Apply the pencil onto your eyelid and use your fingers to blend for a mesmerising, soft-focus dreamy day look!
DIAL UP THE LOOK by re-applying and layering the formula onto the entire eyelid for a more intense colour pay-off!
