We have simplified the returns process for international orders shipped via ESW. To return your order, click on below button to be redirected to our online Returns portal. Here you will receive a shipping label to print.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, the shipping label will be pre-paid and the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund. Duties and shipping fees from your original order will not be refunded.

Please return the item(s) in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been received you will receive a confirmation email.

We are able to offer a refund on unused or gently used items. If we receive a return that appears to be more than gently used, we will regrettably be unable to offer a refund or return the item to you.

We are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at CharlotteTilbury.com. If you purchased a product at one of our authorized retailers or counters, please contact them directly. For all bundle or ‘build your own beauty kit’ purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.
